Joe and his team at StrongFit came through BIG TIME for me. I had specific performance goals I had to meet for the military and a full ROTC collegiate scholarship was on the line. While training and testing using other outlets, it was Joe and his team who ultimately helped me achieve my training objectives and provided him with the methods we were using to prepare me for the test. He took his time with us during the initial visit and provided us with a detailed outline and timeline of how we would accomplish my objectives. Fortunately, he had experience preparing others for what I needed to prepare for.We put our full trust in Joe and his team and allocated a full year to prepare for the test based on his recommendations. Turns out, the timeline we used was actually a bit conservative. After beginning the training program in July, 2019, my Army Physical Fitness Test results continued to improve and I took a nice leap in October 2019. Joe and I performed an official test for my application, and I scored high enough across all sectors of the test to be considered for a scholarship. And what was the result? I was the recipient of a 4 year scholarship!I continue to work with Joe to maintain my ACFT needs and attain new training objectives. He’s been instrumental in keeping me at an elite level of fitness while at the same time keeping me healthy.Thank you Joe and the StrongFit Team for your help!

I have known Joe Policastro professionally for over 5 years. I’ve been in the fitness business for 30 plus years and hired Joe as my trainer because of his knowledge, ethics, professionalism, and his ability to challenge me in a different way every time I train with him. Joe's the best and can help anyone. I highly recommend his services.

Joe Policastro has been my strength coach for the last 9 months. He is one of the best coaches. He is very good with clients and understands the body kinetics very well. When I started, I had pains in my knees, shoulders etc. He helped me to strengthen these muscles around these joints by helping me with therapeutic exercises. After being with Joe, I started doing deadlifts, back squats, and bench press every week. This was my first experience with any of these strength exercises and I stayed away from any injuries due to his coaching and his strong emphasis on warmup exercises and stretches. I lost 20lbs and gained muscle. I strongly recommend Joe as a coach to anyone.

I been working out for around a month and a half with Joe Policastro, he is amazing as a coach and as a person, I went there with a lot of pain in my back and he has helped me so much lately to strengthen that area and now I’m starting to feel way better with less pain every day.I strongly recommend him as a coach!Thanks Joe

Joe is an expert at his craft and if you’re looking for a specialized workout, no matter your status as a newbie or someone who has worked out for years, he’s your guy. He tailors each workout to the specific goals of his clients and he absolutely makes the workouts fun, digestible, and with visible results. Joe is fantastic and I highly recommend him!
